The Islamic approach to human self-education is based on the moral foundation that governs the relationship of the three dimensions of the human being the relationship of the individual to his creator to himself and to the members of the community in a certain way that ensures conservation between the powers of human security and psyche among these Islamic ethics was justice and charity which represent an integrated system based on which is basic to the establishment of the Islamic curriculum which has dimensions that correspond to each aspect of human’s personality and contributes to achieve the intellectual psychological and social security and depending on the importance of establishing educational curricula on the basis of ethics to ensure the achievement of intellectual psychological and social security the objective of the research was to identify the dimensions of justice and charity in a curriculum of human education and stems from this goal sub-goals centered on the explanatory explanation of dimensions of the system of justice and charity in the achievement of intellectual psychological and social security from the sources of the Islamic curriculum. Accordingly the researcher relied on the fundamentalist deductive approach to achieve the goal of the research included three basic aspects as follows: 1) the first aspect: the dimensions of justice and charity system in achieving intellectual security in the Islamic curriculum. 2) The second aspect: the dimensions of justice and charity system in achieving psychological security in the Islamic curriculum. 3) The third aspect: the dimensions of justice and charity system in achieving social security in the Islamic curriculum.
