In general, this study aims to identify e-supervisory follow-up difficulties. And ways of developing them from the viewpoint of supervisors, the study sample consisted of 122 educational supervisor’s rate 79 male educational supervisors and 43 female. The researcher has used the descriptive method was applied difficulties scale tool on a sample supervisors. The study has reached the following results: 1) there is a big and average number of difficulties about e-supervisory follow-up. Technical and administrative difficulties were the most challenges. 2) There are statistically significant differences at (0,01 = α) between males and females about the difficulties of e-supervisory follow-up in favor of females. The study recommended that the need to provide appropriate and updated computer equipment for supervisors. Moreover, the study suggested recommendations for the principals to the concern of the educational supervisors by mentoring towards positive attitudes of their duties and avoid them of all work dispersants, provide them with the feedback regarding their plans at the begging of the school year. Furthermore, the study recommended developing the educational portal windows which are related to the educational supervision and to insert all the needed e-documents in the supervisors and senior teacher’s records.
