معوقات تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المنتجة بمدارس منطقة الباحة : من وجهة نظر مديرات المدارس والمعلمات



The study aimed to identify the degree of Obstacles of implementing the concept of Productive School at the Schools of al Baha’s principals and female teachers Perspective. The researcher implemented the survey form of the descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (558) principals & teachers. They were selected in random stratified form. A questionnaire consisting of (28) items was distributed into three domains to collect the data from the study sample ، and they were confirmed for their validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of the Obstacles in implementing the concept of productive school in al Baha’s schools from principals and teachers Perspective was high with a mean of (4.03). These results showed a statistical significant differences among the responses of the study sample for the study variables of the educational level at the domain of intellectual obstacles in favour of intermediate level at the significant level (α ≤0.05). Also results showed statistical significant differences among the responses of the study sample for the study variables of qualification on the domain of financial and organizational obstacles in favour of Bachelor degree and above ،also in variable of experience in favour of (10) years and above at the significant level (α ≤0.05) ، while there were no statistical significant differences at the significant level (α ≤0.05) on the variable of job position. based on the results it is recommended to hold training courses for school principals and teachers to increase their aware of the concept of productive school ،and how to implement this concept in governmental schools in Saudi Arabia and Provide a suitable school environment to apply the idea of productive school in schools for girls' education in the area of the courtyard with urging students to provide creative ideas to implement the idea of productive school in schools for girls' education in the area of Baha.
