دور مشرفي الادارة المدرسية في دعم ادارة المعرفة في مدارس التعليم العام : دراسة تطبيقية على المدارس الحكومية في مدينة الدمام



This study aimed to identify the most important roles of school administration supervisors in supporting knowledge management in public schools in the city of Dammam, and to determine the degree of the exercises of these roles from the standpoint of public school principals. )educational qualification, a number of years of experience, a number of training courses in the field of knowledge management). To achieve the objectives of this study, descriptive and analytical methodology were applied through using a questionnaire. The study sample was composed of all boys public schools principals )201 principals( in Dammam city during the second semester of the academic year 1436/1437 The study found that the supervisors of school administration practiced their roles, in supporting the operations of knowledge management at public schools in Dammam city to a moderate degree. The ranking of knowledge management operations was as follows: knowledge and its arrangements ranked first, the application of knowledge ranked second, knowledge generation ranked third, publication and distribution of knowledge ranked fourth. In light of the study’s findings, the researcher recommended that skill development of the supervisors of school administration in knowledge management and its operations is extremely essential through providing them some opportunities to participate in seminars, workshops, training courses and conferences, and linked all that with the level of their professional development.(Published Abstract)
