The research aims at identifying the effect of using the educational activities based on constructivism theory in Acquiring historical Education and tendency toward it for first Intermediate Class Girl Students in Jeddah. The sample of the study consists of 54 students. They were divided into an experimental group consists of 27 students studied by using the educational activities based on constructivism theory and controlling group consist of 27 students studied through the regular method of studying, the research has used the traditional experimental approach with a semi-experimental design, the research also prepared a guidebook for the teacher, and prepared an evaluation exam and a direction standard to measure the influence of the study. The truthfulness and the fixation of the materials and tools of the research were checked. The Study results showed the success of the experimental group, which studied by using educational activities based on the constructivism theory against the controlling group on both dimensions the evaluation exam and the a direction standard, and the research results showed the influence of the experiment on the Improving the achievement and developing the direction, as a comparison between the prior and post standard to the experimental group stronger than the controlling sample of which the strength of its influence is medium degree. The researcher recommends to call for pointing to the attention to the constructivism theory, and employing its strategies in teaching the social studies especially history subject, and training the teachers and supervisors to use strategies which are based on the constructivism theory to improve the learning and education process. The researcher also suggested that preparing studies and researches in using the strategies based on constructivism theory to improve the educational achievement in another of social studies, and preparing researches in using the strategies based on constructivism theory to improve the indicative, critical, cogitative Innovation and creative thinking.
