معيقات استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني في المدارس الثانوية في مدينة الرمادي من وجهة نظر المدرسين

The study aims at investigating the obstacles of using e-learning at secondary schools in Ramadi from the teachers' perspectives. This study is descriptive. Six hundreds teachers of both genders were chosen in this study. A questionnaire method is developed by the researcher to achieve the aim. The questionnaire is of forty-two items divided into three classifications: technical and administrative obstacles, obstacles related to teachers and obstacles related to students. This method was valid and stable. It is concluded that: the degree of obstacles is medium. There are (α=0.05) statistical differences due to the gender differences in the first and the second classifications. While, there is no difference in the third classification of the obstacles related to students. There are (α=0.05) differences due to the impact of the specializations and particularly the humanities. As for obstacles due to the experience, the (α=0.05) statistical differences are not found in this study. According to the conclusions of this study, the researcher recommends the following: improving the infrastructure to improve the communication service. Holding free lessons and workshops regarding the ways of e-leaning. Getting the benefit of the developed countries experiences in this field. (Author’s abstract)
