The study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by Special Education Principals in the State of the Kuwait as well as proposing Solutions in the fields of (administrative and technicalities, teaching, learning curriculum, and parents),for this purpose, a random sample of (64) Principals' in Kuwait was selected. The study arrived at the following conclusions: 1) the degree of estimation of the principals of the special education centers for the difficulties facing them is high. 2) there were no statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the study sample members towards the difficulties facing the Special Education centers in Kuwait. 3) there are no statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the principals of the special centers of the proposed solutions of the difficulties faced by them, according to gender, qualifications a years of experience. Recommendation of the study: 1) Increasing financial support to special education a centers to the extent that they satisfies their needs. 2) Holding training programmers in leadership and management and in management which focus on improving the performance of the principals of the Special Education centers.
