دور إدارة المعرفة في تنمية المهارات الإدارية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والإدارية بكلية التربية للبنات بالجبيل



This current study aimed to investigate the role of knowledge management in developing management skills among faculty members and administration in college of education for girls in Jubail. The study was conducted during the year 2015/2016 on faculty members and administration. There were (109) members and administrative staff using a questionnaire consisting of 56 items distributed on two axes, which are the following: the first axis presents the role of knowledge management in developing management skills and this one includes three elements (technical skills, human skills, and intellectual skills). The second axis depicts the difficulties of knowledge management in developing management skills. The study results indicated that the role of knowledge management in developing management skills among faculty members and administration in college of education for girls in Jubail was really great. Results also showed that - there are no clear statistical differences in terms of qualification and job in all fields. However, there are statistical differences due to the role of experience in all fields. (Published abstract)
