This study aimed to identify the reality of the educational policies concerning optimization of the educational research in the Hashemite University, as viewed by the faculty members of the faculty of education. The study population comprised all the faculty members in the faculty of education of the Hashemite University N=57. On the other hand, the study sample consisted of 40 faculty members, who were chosen by the stratified, random method. For achieving the study objectives, a questionnaire was constructed to identify the responses of the faculty members about the reality of the educational policies for the optimization of the educational research. The results showed that the reality of the educational policies for the optimization of the educational research, in the Hashemite University, was at a high degree. The results also did not show any statistically significant differences in the evaluations of the faculty members of the reality of the educational policies in optimizing the educational research, ascribed to the (gender, experience and academic degree) variables.
