The study aims to get to know the degree of Public secondary schools headmaster in Gaza provinces of human relationships and their relationship to organizational justice, researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach, study sample consisted of (158) male and female teachers, were conducting statistical treatments using (SPSS) program .The results shows the following : 1) That the degree of high school human relations managers were relative weight (77.07%). 2) There are no significant differences about the degree of high school human relations headmaster due to the variable (sex) with the exception of the first area, There are differences in favor of males, as well as educational qualification variable No difference, except the third area, in favor of those who have bachelor degree , while there are no differences due to the variable years of service. 3) The level of organizational justice among secondary school headmaster was a relative weight (74.19%). 4) There is a direct correlation between the degree of positive practice of secondary schools in Gaza provinces of human relations headmasters and between the mean estimate the level of organizational justice. The study recommended the following: The need to strengthen human relations between the school principal and teachers. Develop a training program headmasters to know how to activate the foundations and principles of organizational justice in their schools. (Published Abstract)
