أساليب حل الصراعات لدى الطلبة الموهوبين والمتفوقين في المراكز الريادية



This study aims at recognizing the approaches of conflict solving among gifted and talented students in pioneer centers. A conflict solving scale, composed of “40” items, was developed for this study. The validity and reliability of the scale were examined. The scale was administered on the study sample that consisted of “54” gifted and talented students from pioneer centers in Ain-Albasha. Data were collected and statistical analysis was performed by counting the means, standard deviations. A T-test was used to investigate differences between means. Results show that cooperation was the most used approach for conflict solving among gifted and talented students in pioneer centers and the lowest was the withdrawal. Results also show significant differences in using compulsion approach in favor of male students. There were also differences in using compulsion in favor of the (15 – 18) age category, and soften atmosphere approach in favor of the (12- less 15) age category. (Published Abstract)
