This study aimed to identify the reality of activities' supervisors' activation to the methods of group supervision according to Total Quality standards at Holy Makkah region according to the perspective of schools' principals, supervisors and class teachers of students' activities at Holy Makkah region. The resrecaher used the descriptive method as it suites the study problem and its questions. The study sample consists of (266) principals, (318) class teachers and (40) supervisors on students' activities. The resrecaher prepare a questionnaire as a tool of gathering information after making sure of its validity and reliability. The most important results of the study are as follows: 1- Came to a list of (9) elements represent the total quality standards for the practice of supervisors on student activities for the methods of group supervision. 2- the reality of the practice of student activities supervisors for the methods of group supervision in accordance with the total quality standards came in (high) supervisors, at a rate ranging from (3.40) to (4.20). 3- There are obstacles that limit the effectiveness of the practice of student activities supervisors for the methods of group supervision, according to the total quality standards, which came in (high) degree. The most prominent of these obstacles was: the constant change of the leading activity. 4- There are no statistically significant differences between the responses means of study sample according to the variables of education directorate, academic qualification and experience. Furthermore, there are statistically significance differences towards the reality of activities' supervisors' activation to the methods of group Supervision according to the variable of the current work. On the other hand, there are no statistically significant differences towards the obstacles that limit the effectiveness of the practice of student activities supervisors for the methods of group supervision according to the standards of total quality management, as well as the availability of statistically significance differences according to the training courses. Finally, there are no statistically significant differences towards the reality of activities' supervisors practice to the methods of group supervision according to the criteria of Total Quality based on the variable of training courses. In the light of these results, the resrecaher recommends the Followings: Hold training courses in the field of total quality for employees of public education. Also, focusing on the practice of group supervision practice by activities supervisors according to the standards of total quality. Furthermore, overcoming the difficulties that prevent activities supervisor to practice the methods of group supervision, such as providing the educational technologies and appropriate courses, and making the class teachers of activity free of class hours.
