Aims: Current study aimed to design a program that uses the method of negotiation skills training to development conflict resolution in late- childhood sample. Methods & Procedures: The sample consisted of children of male and female in the late- childhood (9-12) years, and the empirical research sample consisted of 28 boys and girls are divided into two equal number groups as following: Experimental, group: 14 boys and girls, control group 14 boys and girls. Tools: Applied to the following tools: Conflict resolution scale (designed by the researcher), Pictures test to the intelligence of children (designed by Ahmed Zaki Saleh, 1978), Cultural, Socio- economic setting level scale (designed by: Fayza Abd-:elmajeed, 1980), Form to collect the primary data about the children (designed by the researcher), Training program procedures (designed by the researcher). Results: The results indicated that: There was significant statistical differences at the level of 0.05 between pre/ post measurement averages grade scores of the program for the experimental group on the conflict resolution scale for the post measurement, there was significant statistical differences at the level of 0.05 between average grade scores of the experimental and control group in the post measurement of the program on the conflict resolution scale for the experimental group, There was not significant statistical differences at the level of 0.05 between post and following measurements averages grade scores of the program for the experimental group on the conflict resolution scale, and there was not significant statistical differences at the level of 0.05 between male and female averages grade scores in the post measurement of the program on the conflict resolution scale.
