The study aimed to investigate the level of control performed by Capital Educational Area within State of Kuwait and its correlation towards burned-out among the teachers, and impact of the gender variables, academic qualification, years of experience, and educational level regarding the same, however, respondents of the study consists of (56) male and female managers, as well as (550) male and female teachers. An instrument of measuring the study variables was developed and consisted of two aspects: the first one can be represented in measuring control of the schools which consists of (33) clauses distributed among (4) fields as the following (control of schools, supervisory methods, time schedule, quantity and quality of work), while, the second aspect represents in measuring the scale of burnout, which consists of (27) clauses distributed among (3) fields as the following (Emotional stress, Affectessless, lack of accomplishment sense), however, authenticity and stability of both instruments have been verified. In the same context, results of the study revealed that level of control over the schools performed by Capital educational area in State of Kuwait was intermediate regarding all fields and the instrument fully, based on a perspective of the schools, managers, moreover, results also revealed that there were not any statistically significant differences which could be attributed to the gender variables, academic qualification, years of experience, and educational level in all fields associated with a control of the schools performed by Capital educational area in State of Kuwaiti based on a perspective of the schools’ managers. In addition, results of the study revealed that level of burned-out among teachers of Capital educational area in State of Kuwait was low regarding all fields and the instrument fully based on their own perspective, results also revealed that there were not any statistically significant differences which could be attributed to the sex variables, academic qualification, years of experience, and educational level in all fields associated with the level of burned-out among teachers of Capital educational area in State of Kuwait based on their own perspective. However, results of the study revealed that there is a statistically significant negative correlation between field of control over the schools and two fields of both affectessless and lack of accomplishment sense, while, results of the study revealed that there was any correlation between either field of supervisory methods or time schedule or quantity and quality of work, with all fields of burned-out. In light of results revealed by the study, several recommendations were decided by the researcher including: a need to focus on the control system over the schools to reduce nepotism in order to achieve justice and the principle of equal opportunities between all personnel, provided that a strict regulation of accountability should be established properly, moreover, paying more attention towards a control over the schools by evaluate performance of schools actually, not based on the written reports only.
