In this exploratory study, we tried to highlight the contribution of 'Dar Taliba' in tutoring the girl and the limitation and reduction of the phenomenon of school dropouts in rural areas in the province of El Hajeb. In the practical part, we opted for the questionnaire as a data collection tool in three rural communes. Based on the following points: The factors that could be responsible for the interruption of schooling for rural girls; the contribution of ' Dar Taliba ' in improving the conditions of schooling and encouraging girls to attend school in rural areas. After analyzing the data, we could draw the following conclusions: The socio-economic level of families, distance from school and lack of transportation are the most important factors that impede the schooling of girls in rural areas; the social and academic support contributes to the reduction of school dropouts in rural areas. The good life in 'Dar Taliba' provide the rural girl compulsory education. We have several suggestions that will help promote girls' education and reduce the dropout phenomenon in rural areas.
