The study aimed at detecting obstacles to the practice of e-governance at the Education Schools managers in the District of Ramtha, and the impact of variables in it, the study sample consisted of 70, director of the study population, has been the development of a tool to measure the role of obstacles to the practice of e-governance at the Education Schools managers in the brigade Ramtha, and consisted of 41 items distributed on the variables The results showed that the obstacles to the practice of e-governance at the Education Schools managers in the District of Ramtha came high on all areas depending on your point of view of managers, this means that administrative obstacles which occupied the first rank of the highest average points to the understanding of the managers that administrative obstacles are of high importance, this means that the degree of importance of the organization comes after obstacles and planning-mail, this is attributed to the foundation is to get rid of obstacles to the application of e-governance in order for our audit planning for the application, and then comes the role of the implementation of the application of e-governance, who finished last place according to the study sample answers., and through the results obtained by the researcher reached several recommendations, including work the e-optimal planning by managers for the application of e-governance in schools Brigade Ramtha, and keep pace with the rapid development of information technology in the schools of education in the District of Ramtha .(Author’s abstract)
