The study aimed at identifying the reality of training programs for teachers and kindergartens in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of the female teachers. Also, the study aimed at identifying the differences in the responses of the members of the study sample according to years of experience and the number of the training programs. The study sample consisted of 409 female teachers. A questionnaire was developed to achieve the objectives of the study. The study consisted of 48, paragraphs distributed on 8 areas, namely (program objectives, content, methods and media, and the methods of the evaluation, and the role of the trainees in the program, the program features, training coordinators and the evaluation of the training). The veracity of the tool and its constancy were verified. The results of the study showed that the reality of the training programs for female teachers of kindergartens generally got medium degree. The areas of (objectives, and evaluation of training, and the methods of evaluation) got high degree, while the rest of the areas got medium degrees. Also, the results showed that there were some statistically function differences at the indicative level 0.05>α In the study sample responses about the reality of training programs for kindergarten in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of the female teachers due to years of experience variable and class differences for years (less than 5 years). As, statistically function differences emerged due to the number of training courses shared by the female teachers and for fewer (3 courses or less) In the light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations were presented, including the need to develop a specific system to motivate the female teachers to participate and to achieve the competitive differentiation during the training courses. Besides, we should have the out source of the expertise to develop methods and media. (Author’s abstract)
