The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing knowledge management by intermediate school principals and its relationship to art creativity of teachers of decoration in the State of Kuwait, and the effect of the variables of sex, educational qualification, and years of experience on that. The study sample consisted of 162 male and female teachers. A questionnaire was developed to measure the variables of the study .It consisted of three parts. The first part is about the demographical information. The second part is to measure the degree of practicing knowledge management. It included 25 items distributed on three areas knowledge acquisition process, knowledge storage process, knowledge transfer and use Process. The third part is to measure art creativity of teachers of decoration. It included 33 items distributed on five areas (fluency, flexibility, originality, sensitivity to the problems, and acceptance of risk). The tool validity and reliability has been confirmed. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing knowledge management by intermediate school principals was moderate. The results also showed a statistically significant difference due to the impact of sex on all dimensions of knowledge management. The differences were in favor of females. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences due to educational qualification in al fields. The differences were in favor of bachelor Qualification. The results also showed a statistically significant difference due to the impact of years of experience on all field. The differences were in favor of less than (5 years). The results of the study showed the degree of art creativity of teachers of decoration was high. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to sex and educational qualification and years of experience on all dimensions of art creativity of teachers of decoration. The results showed also a positive correlation relationship between knowledge management and art creativity of teachers of decoration in the State of Kuwait. According to the findings of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important: 1) Attention to the development of the capacity of school principals in the light of modern management trends such as management of knowledge, strategic management and change management. 2) Develop criteria for selecting school principals based on the knowledge they maintained.
