The study intended to identify justice in the educational thought of Ibn Rushd; the study problem lies in the lack or scarcity of studies that deal with the educational thought of Islamic and Andalusian schools generally and Ibn-Rushd thought specifically; in spite of the great number of these schools and their opinions in the different fields of sciences. The subject of justice and its applications in the educational thought and educational institutions is considere as an important subject because justice is of the noblest values that are stipulated in all monotheistic religions and laws in various subsequent humanitarian civilizations. Our subject about justice follows a basic curriculum because justice is one of the most prominent constitutional principles that are state by the Islamic Shareaa, concerning the jurisprudence of Prophet MOHAMMED (peace be upon him) and his noble Sunnah. The study showed that justice in educational thought of Ibn-Rushd is taken from Quran, Sunnah and Islamic heritage; considering justice, Ibn-Rushd put essential competences for the teacher such as the necessity to respect the individual differences between intellectuals and equalizing between them according to their social, cultural and economical levels. Therefore, the concept of justice in Islam is inclusive for all life's fields as great value and as a basis to deal with the Islamic society in different ways of dealing and relations because it is the strength of the state and its ruling as well as the basis of the judiciary, finance and other fields of the state. The study includes four chapters; the first chapter includes defining the research: (the research's problem, the research's importance, the research's goal, its limits in addition to that determining the terms of justice, educational thought and educational applications). While in the second chapter of the research includes two sections, the first one is the visual form, which deals with the justice concept in the old civilizations and the vine religions, while the second section deals with previous studies that have links with the present research. The third chapter deals with Ibn-Rushd and his philosophical thought in four chapters; the first section: includes the biography of Ibn-Rushd; the second section: includes the contents of justice in the thought of Ibn-Rushd; the third section: includes the philosophical thought of Ibn-Rushd while the forth section includes the justice in Ibn-Rushd thought. In talking about the Forth chapter, it deals with justice and education of Ibn-Rushd in four sections; the first section includes the education of Ibn-Rushd, the second section includes the concept of educational justice of Ibn-Rushd, the third section includes the educational applications where as the forth section includes the conclusions, recommendations, suggestions and sources; the researcher hereby reached in this study to a number of conclusions, recommendations and suggestions. Conclusions: 1) The philosophy of Ibn-Rushd was inclusive to all basic, educational, social, political and economical concepts of life so he dealt with all fields of life by his philosophy. 2) The concept of Justice is not far away from education but each one of it explains the other because it is by its educational concept enhances the spirit of citizenship at students and strengthen the spirit of affiliation and defending the country against any foreign attack.
