This study aimed to identify the impact and media on formation of political awareness among young Jordanian university, and study sample consisted of 1200 students and students from Jordanian universities public and private users in the second semester 2011- 2012. To achieve the goal of the study used tool for the study, and after analyzing the data of the study came the most important results of the study are as follows percentage of viewers of TV 91% and the proportion of listeners of Radio 82% and the proportion of Almutalaan daily newspapers 72% and the proportion of Almutalaan for magazines 85% and the percentage of those who use the Internet 59% and came degree responses The study sample to the axis of political participation and the axis of political activity medium and aims students to participate by voting in the election in order to Think situation in the country and change, as well as no students have convinced working party and not the students convinced the work clubs and student unions came in the forefront of the challenges facing students the problem of unemployment and the high cost of dowries and seeks students to improve the standard of living for them and came the most important political information among students is the duration of parliament and parliamentary elections next as the study results showed a statistically significant differences due to sex and the college and university and academic level of the student housing and the level of education a parent and a career parent and family income monthly and researcher recommended the need that express the Jordanian media (print and broadcast) greater attention to the issue of political participation and Jordanian political activity and political importance of spreading the culture of increase of the degree of political awareness among young Jordanian university, what motivates them to exercise their political rights and active community participation.
