The study examined the effectiveness of using a mobile phone in the process of teaching and learning in Jordan, summarized the problem of the study in several questions are what extent the effectiveness of using a mobile phone in the process of teaching and learning in Jordan, and the motives which calls for the use and benefit of use of the parties to the educational process, and what services it provides and which from which they can accopmplish educational tasks, and the challenges and difficulties faced by the use? This study is important from the importance of e-learning and use it as a new technology in the teaching-learning process, and try to help the officials in the Ministry of education of Jordan in the development trends of teachers and students towards e-learning, study aimed to identify the effectiveness of using a mobile phone in the process of teaching and learning in Jordan, and motivations which calls for the use and benefits learned from the use of the parties to the educational process and services provided by and through which they can accomplish educational tasks, challenges and difficulties faced by the use, study followed the descriptive analytical study reached several conclusions, notably that the mobile phone can be used and employed in the education system, and can provide many benefits to the educational process if it is to integrate techniques in education, and applied correctly requires the availability of infrastructure and the provision of financial support and budgets appropriate, and that education Bamahmul is a new form of education systems remotely, which will be spread all over the world and serving tens millions of students, the study recommended the need for many of the research on the feasibility of this model and how to employ in the process of teaching and learning, and the need for attention to training program elements of the educational process on how to use the mobile phone in the educational process and calendar quality used modes of learning to the mobile phone in their respective areas and provide quality reports indicate mechanisms method employing a mobile phone in teaching, learning and conducting applied studies showing the impact of mobile phone use in the educational process and learning and further studies to evaluate media mobile phone used in the learning disciplines.
