The study aimed to identify the current status of the curriculum of electrical wiring of a third year of Electrical Engineering Diploma in public universities in Khartoum State, by identifying the objectives, content and methods of teaching and the methods of evaluation and the extent of the ability of graduates to practice the work of electrical wiring in the labor market. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method because it fits the nature of the study. The study sample of 110 students from the third year Diploma of Electrical Engineering, were used in addition to 50 of electricity engineers, in addition to 4 faculty staff members of electrical wiring. The Researcher adopted questionnaire and interview in data collection. The researcher used several statistical analysis and data processing such as percentage, median and chi-square test. The researcher found the following results: 1) The objectives of electrical wiring are clear and refers to connect the theoretical and practica side. 2) Both the theoretical and practical side are appropriate to the teaching hours specified for them. 3) The teaching aids prepared by the computer arc not used. 4) The evaluation methods used are clear and help to achieve me objectives. 5) There is a difference between what has been studied by a student at the university and the Labor market needs.
