This study concerns with the professional training of the teacher of the Holy Quran and the role to improve the teaching process at the secondary schools in Om’durman locality, Khartoum State. The most important objectives of the study include the awareness of the extent availability for the vocational standard of the teacher of the Holy Quran .beside the problems that affect the appropriate standard in addition to the acquisition of the proper methodology to develop the procedures of training to reach the required standard of perfection. The researcher followed the descriptive method that targeted 11 supervisors and 36 teachers at Omdurman locality. The researcher also used the comprehensive limiting style for both the supervisors’ teachers at selected secondary schools. The researcher also used the questionnaire to gather die necessary data through the pentagonal grading according to applying the articles, the searcher analyzed the data using Berson labs has come to the following results: 1) It is relevant that the training institutes are too poor to train teachers. 2) The directorates concerned with training lack the objective trends to qualify teachers. 3) The teachers of the holy Quran are not keen enough to attend courses of training programs.
