The characteristic of scientific educational research is the breadth of its interests to educational and psychological different areas; extends horizontally to deal with knowledge ,skill, emotional, and social cases and problems, and vertically to investigate individuals and learners growth through the various stages of education. The book was the outcome of research efforts for five years, the author puts it in one pot, for the benefit of researchers, higher education students and those interested in the affairs of university education. The book chapters deal with educational and psychological themes within the university level, placed in two sections. The first section includes (psychological) researches and studies, looked at the causes of certain contemporary problems such as: passive environmental behavior; and reluctance to volunteer work; and, as well as the level of creative thinking; and consolidate the principle of advice in counseling programs at the university. The second section deals with (educational) research and studies, such as: the role of curriculum in promoting a culture of communication; self-evaluation program of teacher; and a proposed program of practical education; and teacher preparation in accordance with the complementary and sequential systems; and methods of learning in higher studies students.
