This study examined the use of learning technologies in the educational process in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Was the problem of the study is that some learners do not have a desire to study and achievement became a retreat , where he signed on their shoulders a heavy burden in the study and preparation and duties , as well as the lack of suitable buildings and narrow , and non-processing devices , materials and tools needed and focus. Importance of the study stemmed from the importance of teaching aids in general and computer education in particular , and to draw attention to its active role in the educational process and how to take advantage of the services offered by the development of the educational process in Jordan. This study aimed to verify the educational goals of e-learning and distance learning and reference to the benefits of learning techniques and computer networks and the Internet. And Identify problems experienced by teachers and students during the use of techniques and computer education in the schools under study and propose effective solutions for the treatment of these problems. The study followed a descriptive analytical method and concluded that many of the results thereof, availability of educational technologies in schools, availability of skilled use of learning technologies in schools, was in difficulties inability to employ technology in the service of learning, the effectiveness of educational technology in the educational process in schools.
