The topic of a strategic intelligence occupies a vital place being an effective tool to the guide educational institutions towards achieving the objectives and maintain its scientific position through enabling the headmasters to read the future and organize ideas and access to scientific solutions for the next stage and to adapt to external influences while maintaining the internal privacy. Since the management in any educational institution and educational constitute the first line in facing of the internal and external crises of the institution, thus, the role of strategic intelligence appears in facing or mitigation of these crises. Some of the conferences held in the Ministry of Education about the major role of the educational managements in Iraq at all levels affirmed the need to enable them to respond to crises and that the duty manager is how to address them wisely and familiar, as the success of any organization in achieving its objectives in the progress and success and achievement of results is necessary to effective management will be able to coordinate between the different elements of the organization to reach the desired integration. Hence, the researchers and academic scholars began to understand the importance of strategic intelligence for educational institutions and sought to embody the perspectives through the development of the necessary solutions. Hence the importance of this study from raising a relatively new issue in contemporary management thought, especially in the educational field, namely, the strategic intelligence and the extent of its impact and its association with crisis management. According to this were the goals of current research is to identify the level of the relationship between each of the intelligence and strategic management of crises, yet to be identified on each variable of them solo, and finally recognize the significance of differences in their respective solo according to the variables of type and service management. A scale have been prepared to measure the intelligence of the strategic model based on (Maccoby, 2004). It also adopted a questionnaire (Saleh 0.2010) for crisis management prepared for the same current research community. Several means of statistical procedures have been used in Chapters Three and Four, the most important was the Pearson correlation coefficient and T-test for one sample, and analysis of variance duo. According to the results it has emerged that the research sample school headmasters enjoyed a good strategic intelligence, and as they're well versed in crisis management. The occupied area (crisis management failure and dropout) ranked first, For the rest of the four fields were all good and unrealized, The results revealed the presence of a significant relationship between the strategic intelligence and crisis management, also no statistically significant differences were found in all of the strategic intelligence and crisis management categories and variables of type of service. Depending on the results, the researcher recommended some of the recommendations was the most important of which is to emphasize the choice of leadership and management in accordance with the standards associated with the strategic intelligence capabilities, the researcher has suggested some of the proposals include a link strategic intelligence variables or other samples did not mention the current search.
