The research aims to clarify the role of community participation in educational decision-making at the school level in Germany and Australia, and to shed light on the similarities and differences between the role of community participation in educational decision-making at the school level in both Germany and Australia, and to formulate a proposed vision that contributes to activating participation community in educational decision-making at the school level in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the experiences of Germany and Australia, and the research reached the following results: One of the most important opportunities that can be exploited as mechanisms to develop the educational decision-making process in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is that the Ministry of Education gets rid of the financial and administrative obstacles that face the work of educational departments and their affiliated departments in various parts of the Kingdom, in terms of providing clear and flexible rules for communication between them and databases. Activating community participation in the two countries of comparison through the participation of parents and the local community in the educational decision-making in the school, which contributes to achieving the educational goals of the school and upgrading it.
