The current search aimed to identify the effect of using a program based on digital primary sources to develop some moral values among History section students, Faculty of Education. The search sample consisted of (30) students of the third year History section who studied some topics of history using digital primary sources. The tool of search was a moral values situation test that was assigned as pre- and post to the study group. The results of the search asserted the effectiveness of the use of the program based on digital primary sources to develop some moral values among History section students at the Faculty of Education. Moreover, the search recommended the need to hold courses for history teachers to gain their attention to the importance of using the primary digital sources in the teaching history and how to apply them for the attaining the desired educational objectives and the need to comprise moral values in history in different educational stages as an important aspect of learning and through the history material of attitudes, events and historical figures with valid and influential models through which, students can acquire some moral values.
