The study aimed to find out the correlation between Gratitude, Sense of Humor, and Psychological Resilience among university students, and examined the role of Gratitude and Sense of Humor in predicting their Psychological Resilience among university students, and also, explained the differences of gender in the variables study. The sample is consisted of (399) university students, included (172) male, and (227) female. The study tools included the Gratitude scale, Sense of Humor scale, and Psychological Resilience scale prepared by the researcher. The study resulted in a positive and significant correlation between Gratitude and Psychological Resilience among university students (r=0.01). There is a positive correlation between sense of humor and psychological Resilience among university students (r=0.01). Also, Gratitude and Sense of Humor have a significant and a statistical contribution to the prediction of Psychological Resilience and its dimensions. Also, there are statistically significant differences between males and females in Gratitude favoring males, while there are no statistically significant differences between males and females in Sense of Humor, and Psychological Resilience.
