The study aimed to identify the impact of a training program based on the dimensions of the TIMSS test (Knowledge, application, and inference) of the engineering and measurement contents in developing the performance of female mathematics teachers, in the fourth grade of primary school in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The researcher followed the experimental curriculum designed as semi-experimental, with a one-group measurement (pre - post). The researcher designed two tools for the study, the observation card, which was applied to a sample of mathematics teachers for the fourth grade of primary school in Makkah chosen by the cluster method, consisting of (20) teachers were trained on the training program prepared by the researcher based on the dimensions of the TIMSS test. Study results: The study indicates that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average performance scores of female mathematics teachers in the pre-application of the post-thinking skills note card (cognitive levels) for The TIMSS test, and their average scores in the post-application. Cohen index showed a significant impact of the training program based on the dimensions of the TIMSS test in developing the performance of female mathematics teachers in the cognitive dimensions of the TIMSS test in the geomatry and measurement units and in improving the achievement of their students in it. The study recommended several recommendations, including the adoption of the training program based on the TIMSS dimensions in training programs for fourth primary mathematics teachers, holding workshops and training courses for them to contribute to raising their students' achievement in TIMSS international tests.
