This study aimed to evaluate and analyze a number of Master degree dissertations that have been discussed in 2014 and 2015 at the college of education at Hadhramout University in the light of a number of documentation criteria and standards and the scientific research (APA) in accordance with the tool which was prepared by the researchers for the purposes of this study. This is a descriptive study in which the researchers had evaluated and analyzed the dissertations of the master degree in order to find out the extent of commitment to the standards of documentation and scientific publishing that must be available in these scientific dissertations. To achieve the goals of this study, the researchers have prepared a list containing the most important criteria and standards of documentation and scientific publishing, the form of assessment and analysis consisted of 36 standards that are distributed and spread over six main axes as follows : Title of the study , The problem of the study and its questions, The theoretical aspect of the study , Study procedures , Discussing and documentation of the results , the tool study was judged by ten arbitrators whereas the stability coefficient of the study had reached (0.87%). The sample of the study was formed of six Master Dissertations which were randomly selected by lottery for the dissertations which were discussed in the 2014 and 2015 in the college of education at Hadhramout University. The results: As for the first question: to what extent the university dissertations had included the standards of the scientific publishing as per the used tool in this study and its six axes in the college of education at Hadhramout University. In order to answer this question, the arithmetic means, the standard deviations as well as the percentages of the study tool and it’s all six axes were all used and have been calculated so as to identify and find out the order of each axis, the result showed that the fifth axis (The results and their discussion) and the first axis (Title of the study) were both at the first rank, the fourth axis (the study procedures) was at the second rank , the third axis (The theoretical aspect) was at the third rank , the axis concerned with the (study problems and its questions) was at the fourth rank while the sixth axis (the documentation) was at the fifth and last rank. As for the second question: Are there any indications of statistical differences regarding the inclusion of scientific publishing standards in the university dissertations at the college of education at Hadhramout University in accordance with the approach variable ) Descriptive experimental , historical and critical). In order to answer this question, the arithmetic means, the standard deviations and the percentages were all calculated and (T) test, the result showed that there are differences of statistical indications at the indication level (0,05) regarding the inclusion of standards of scientific publishing in the university dissertations at the college of education at Hadhramout University according to the variable of approach and methods (Descriptive experimental , historical and critical) , the descriptive method was in the first rank among all other methods (the historical , experimental and critical), the experimental method was in the second rank but the historical and critical method were never used by the samples thus, they were excluded from the analysis As for the third question: Are there any indications of statistical differences regarding the inclusion of scientific publishing standards in the university dissertations at the college of education at Hadhramout university in accordance with the variable of the number of supervisors )one supervisor, two supervisors( To answer this question: the arithmetic means , the standard deviations, the percentages and (T) test were all used and have been calculated, the result showed that there are no differences of statistical indications at the indication level (0,05) as regards the extent of the inclusion of the standards of documentation and scientific publishing in the university dissertations at the college of education at Hadhramout University in accordance with the variable of the number of supervisors (One supervisor, two supervisors) but there were differences in the means that were not of a statistical indication for the in favour of the master degree dissertations that are under one supervisor.
