المرونة النفسية وعلاقتها بتقدير الذات لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال



The study aimed to study the relationship between flexibility and self-esteem among kindergarten teachers in the city of Tabuk. The researcher used the descriptive correlative approach, and she designed a questionnaire consisting of two dimensions (A dimension of psychological resilience among kindergarten teachers, and a dimension of self-esteem among kindergarten teachers). The study community consisted of all government kindergarten teachers in Tabuk region. While the study sample consisted of (40) research items from government kindergarten teachers in the city of Tabuk. The main results of this study: There is a positive correlation relationship with statistical significance between psychological resilience and self-esteem among kindergarten teachers in the city of Tabuk at a significance level (0.001). The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the study sample in psychological flexibility and self-esteem in kindergarten teachers attributed to the variable number of children in class. In light of these results, the study recommended holding training courses aimed at educating kindergarten teachers about the importance of increasing the level of psychological flexibility, in addition to holding interactive meetings between the administration and teachers to discuss the sources of stress that affect their self-esteem.
