The study aimed to identify the level of organizational justice in Palestinian universities from the perspective of faculty members, to identify the level of job performance for workers in Palestinian universities from the perspective of faculty members, and to identify the role of gender and academic rank variables in the different responses of faculty members towards the level of organizational justice and the level of performance To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlative approach and the questionnaire were used as a tool for the study. The study community consisted of (268) faculty members, and the study sample consisted of (159) members. The results showed that the level of organizational justice in Palestinian universities from the perspective of faculty members came to a large degree, and that the level of job performance for workers in Palestinian universities from the perspective of faculty members came to a large degree, and the results did not show the existence of statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender and scientific rank towards the level of justice. Organizational justice and job performance level for workers in Palestinian universities. The results also showed a positive relationship between organizational justice and job performance. The study recommended working on applying the standards of organizational justice because of their positive indicators on job performance, and working to increase the material incentives that increase the level of job performance and the competitive advantage of universities.
