This study aimed at identifying the practicing degree of administrative flexibility by UNRWA preparatory schools principals in Gaza Governorates and its relation with their teachers’ performance excellence. To achieve this aim, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach and designed a questionnaire as a primary tool for data collection. The study sample consisted of (315) of the total study case which consisted of (3917) male and female teachers. The study results were as follows: 1) The practicing degree of administrative flexibility by UNRWA preparatory schools principals in Gaza Governorates is high with a relative weight of (74.80%). 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the study sample’s respondents concerning the practicing degree of administrative flexibility by UNRWA preparatory schools principals in Gaza Governorates that can be attributed to sex variable, in favor of females. However, there are no differences that can be attributed to academic qualification and years of service variables. 3) The level of performance excellence among UNRWA preparatory schools teachers in Gaza Governorates is high with a relative weight of (81.60%). 4) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the study sample’s respondents concerning the level of performance excellence among UNRWA preparatory schools teachers in Gaza Governorates that can be attributed to sex variable, in favor of females. However, there are no differences that can be attributed to academic qualification and years of service variables. 5) There is statistically significant, positive and direct correlative relation between the mean scores of the study sample’s respondents concerning the practicing degree of administrative flexibility by UNRWA preparatory schools principals in Gaza Governorates from one hand and the mean scores of the study sample’s respondents concerning their performance excellence from the other hand. In light of the above results, the researcher reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1) To urge school principals to practice administrative flexibility in administrating their schools. This should help in facilitating administrative procedures and reducing schoolwork stressors. 2) To grant school principals adequate authorities of acting and creating. This can be achieved through adopting decentralization principle by senior management in order to bring the opportunity of development and achievement in tasks appointed to them. (Author’s abstract)
