The study aimed to identify the differences between the preferences of colors for those who suffer from (ADHD), which are represented by three patterns: poor attention pattern, hyperactivity and impulsivity pattern, and combined symptoms pattern. The study used the descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon studied in terms of its nature and degree of existence. The study concluded that most of the previous studies have focused on the variables of this study separately, and that color preference and attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorders were only combined on a small scale. This finding was reached based on the theoretical framework and previous studies. This study was conducted on a sample of primary school students (n =121). The sample was divided into three subsamples, where each pattern was divided into three levels (simple, moderate, severe) and these levels refer to the symptoms of disorder, in each of them separately so as to obtain the subgroups, and the sample characteristics were as follows: All the sample are male, ranging in age from (6-13) years, as well as the presence of attention-deficit of more than six months, and the results of the study revealed that the first, second and third hypotheses were not accepted but the fourth and fifth hypotheses were accepted.
