The study aimed to learn about the role of human resources management in improving the leadership skills of early childhood schools in the urban city of Abha, as well as to achieve human resources management practices that contribute to improving and developing the leadership skills of the administrative staff. To achieve this, the study relied on the developmental analytical approach, and the resolution tool was used to draw the results of the study, by applying it to a sample of (201) administrative officers in early childhood schools. The study found many results, including positive opinions from the research sample on the human resources department of the institution, as most of the respondents believe that the administration in the school is making its plans according to the Ministry of Education, and it puts its needs of female employees on scientific and objective grounds. As part of its management of bursa resources, the Educational Department is trying to put female employees in their best place for creativity and efficiency, without losing sight of encouraging the exchange of experiences between female employees. The study recommended that human resources needs should be assessed on sound scientific and objective grounds, and that the right staff member should be placed in the right place based on her expertise and the demands of experienced and competent staff from the educational department.
