The aim of this study is to identify parents’ satisfaction about the special education services that provided for their children through programs that deal with Attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, and measuring the effect of nominal variables “Gender”, academic qualification, and monthly income. To reach the study purpose, a questionnaire was prepared by the researcher to collect the data needed for the study. The study was conducted with the participation of 257 parents (fathers/ mothers), and children (boys/ girls) who joined the attention deficit and hyperactivity programs in Public Elementary School across Saudi Arabia cities, such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Hail, and Asir. Results indicated that parents were satisfied with the services that provided in programs of Attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder with arithmetic mean 3.80 of 5. Results also showed there were no significant differences at (0,05) with gender variable, academic qualification, and monthly income’ towards parents' satisfaction with special education services provided to their children with attention deficit and hyperactivity programs’. The results also showed that there were significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) and less between the study sample that have Diploma certificate and the other that have (primary, intermediate, secondary) certificates about the extent of satisfaction about the services provided for the parents on behalf of the lower scientific qualifications (primary, intermediate, secondary) certificates.
