The current research aimed at trying to take advantage of some modern educational trends such as the trend towards: constructivism, brain-based learning, connectivity, and investment in intellectual capital to create an attractive environment for students, and the research relied on the descriptive-analytical approach. The research concluded by proposing a set of educational, legislative, organizational and administrative requirements and the physical environment, and devising a set of practices whose application may lead to creating learning environments that are attractive to students.
