تطوير الإدارة التعليمية (الفصل السعيد) ودورها في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة في الجمهورية اليمنية
The study aimed knowing the role of educational administration within the idea of "a happy class" in achieving a competitive advantage in early childhood in Yemen, based on linking the relationship between children’s behavior in early childhood and its response to the administration functions (planning, implementation, follow-up, evaluation, decision-making) in the future. Therefore, the Delphi method of the survey was used on a sample of specialized experts, as well as the documentary method to know the local, Arab and international reality in early childhood field, where the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study It included 22 experts in educational and administrative fields. The most important results: 1) There is a link between behaviors of children in early childhood and administration functions in the future. 2) Education with happiness is the most appropriate way to develop the child's personality. 3) Tendencies such as social, economic and political trends are determined the quality of early childhood development of skills and abilities.
