The study highlights the main challenges faced by Syrian refugees and their children in Egypt and Germany, and how lack of healing the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can create a generation that may pose risks to the security of refugee-receiving communities. The main purpose of the study was to prepare a selective counseling program to alleviate post traumatic disorders symptoms among the Syrians refugees’ children in two different cultures. The first experimental sample in Egypt (4 males - 4 females) in the 14-18 age group in 6 October City. The second experimental sample in Germany (4 males - 4 females) in 14-18 in the city of Wuppartal. After applying the program (15 sessions) to the experimental samples. The results of this study are as following: 1) There are statistically significant differences at level 0.01 between the average Ranks of Syrian refugee children in both samples in the pre and post applications on (PTSD-Scale) in favor of the post application. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the grade levels of Syrian refugee children in the two experimental samples on the (PTSD scale) in the post scale and the consecutive (follow up) scales.
