The current study aims to analyze the concept of dialogue culture, its importance in the university community, and analyze the roles of faculty members in promoting a culture of dialogue among their students, as well as identify the extent of their roles in promoting a culture of dialogue among their students, and identify the most important obstacles that prevent faculty members from doing at the university By their role in promoting the culture of dialogue from the viewpoint of both faculty members and students, it may contribute to making proposals to activate this role for faculty members in promoting a culture of dialogue, and the study followed the descriptive approach of analyzing the concept of dialogue culture and its importance, and the roles of faculty members to enhance the culture of dialogue among their students, and to know the extent of his roles by applying two questionnaires, one of them to a random sample of students of the final teams in colleges of education aims to measure the extent of the members of the teaching staff in their roles in promoting a culture of dialogue from the students ’point of view, and to identify the reasons for students’ reluctance to practice dialogue, and the second questionnaire applied to a random sample of faculty members in colleges of education aimed at identifying the most prominent obstacles that prevent them from fulfilling their roles to foster a culture of dialogue among their students, and the study reached the extent to which the roles of faculty members were achieved to enhance the culture of dialogue among their students, as well as agreement and disagreement about the most important obstacles that prevent faculty members from playing their roles to enhance the culture of dialogue among their students from the viewpoint of students and faculty members, and then set a set of proposals to activate The role of faculty members in colleges of education to enhance the culture of dialogue among their students, and to create new roles that faculty members should undertake to enhance the culture of dialogue among their students.
