This study aimed to identify the methods of organizational conflict between school principals and teachers and identify the theoretical foundations of organizational conflict management, as well as providing proposals to activate the methods of organizational conflict management between principals and teachers of basic education in the State of Kuwait. The study community consisted of all the principals, teachers, and assistant principals in primary, middle, and secondary schools in the educational districts of Capital, Hawalli, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorates in the State of Kuwait, while the study sample included (1468) individuals. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach as the study method and used the questionnaire as the study tool. (Author’s abstract)
