The current study aims to define the requirements for managing educational crises for teens after the Covid 91 pandemic, to get out of them with proposals and procedures that help manage educational crises for teens after the Covid 19 pandemic, education and investment of education in developing the knowledge economy, achieving the hope of it, and investing intellectual capital, through analysis and review. Previous research and studies and educational literature that dealt with crisis management in education to ensure a proposed vision to confront obstacles to managing educational crises among teens after the Covid 19 pandemic. The current study differs from previous studies in the methodology of the study, as the current study relies on the analysis of educational literature through the analytical method, and in light of the results of previous studies and according to the researcher’s vision, the current study sets a scientific vision to confront obstacles and problems after the Covid 19 pandemic.
