This paper aims to reveal and stand on the most prominent difficulties and problems that are acutely posed in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers and that face both the Arabic language learner and its teacher during the process of teaching and learning it. This paper also seeks to enumerate and monitor the most important difficulties that would negatively affect the normal course of the process of teaching and learning the Arabic language, highlighting its foundations, as well as presenting a set of options and suggestions that lead to overcoming and avoiding the difficulties and problems of teaching Arabic to nonnative speakers. This paper is based on a set of interrelated questions, the most important of which are: 1) What are the most prominent difficulties and problems that arise sharply in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers? 2) To what are the causes and reasons for these difficulties?
