With the development of the field of teaching Arabic to nonnative speakers, a significant development in recent times, and its acquisition of new territory day after day in the spread and the interest of non-native speakers of the Arabic language to learn and study it in various ways and means available, some of them leave their country traveling to an Arab country to study the Arabic language, and some of them study it remotely via the international network (the internet), and how many of them are today! Studying from a distance is not restricted to time or place. Through the researcher’s work in the field of teaching Arabic remotely for non- native speakers, he noticed the existence of difficulties in teaching and learning the Arabic language from a distance, so he conducted this research, which aims to identify the difficulties facing Arabic learners remotely from non-native speakers, and an attempt to develop a suggested perception to overcome these difficulties by answering the following main question: What is the suggested perception to overcome the difficulties of teaching and learning the Arabic language from a distance?, To answer this question, it is necessary to answer the following sub-questions: 1) What is the reality of teaching and learning Arabic from a distance for non-native speakers? 2) What are the difficulties that face learners of Arabic from a distance from non-native speakers? 3) What are the vocal difficulties that face learners of Arabic from a distance from non-native speakers?
