This study aims at investigating the effect of the training program in the home economy based on the theory of multiple intelligences on the Resilience, Self-Efficacy, and Creative Thinking of the students OF Faculty of Home Economics. The study sample consisted of 39 students in the second grade at the Faculty of home economics, Al-Azhar University in the scholastic year 2014/2015. The tools and the material of the study were: the training program in the home economy based on the theory of multiple intelligences, a Resilience scale, a Self-Efficacy scale, and a Creative Thinking test. The validity and reliability of all the four tools were assured through referees and applying them to a pilot group. After applying the study tools on the sample of the study and making the necessary statistical analyses by the SPSS processes such as T test and Eta, Correlation. The study drew findings: 1) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01≥α) between the mean scores of the students in the pre-and post testing of the Resilience scale in favor of the post testing. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01≥α) between the mean scores of the students in the pre-and post testing of the Self-Efficacy scale in favor of the post testing. 3) There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01≥α) between the mean scores of the students in the pre-and post testing of the Creative Thinking test in favor of the post testing. 4) There is a relationship between Resilience, and Self-Efficacy. The recommendations of the study: 1) Encouraging the university education to development multiple intelligences for students. 2) Making other researches to find the relationship among Resilience, and Self-Efficacy, Creative Thinking.
