This research aimed at developing techno-social identity and digital health and wellness for students of Sociology department studying in Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University through designing a program in Cyber-Sociology. The researcher developed a training program in Cyber-Sociology which has included main 7 subjects, and it was implemented within about 7-8 weeks, 2-3 times per week. The sample of this research included 10 teacher students as an experimental group. This number of the sample was all numbers of students enrolled in Sociology department at Faculty of Education Ain Shams University for year 2019-2020. To identify the effectiveness of the program proposed by this research, the researcher designed two tools which were: a situations test to assess techno-social identity’s components of the experimental group students and a questionnaire to assess digital health and wellness dimensions of the experimental group students. The results of this research showed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre-test and post-test of techno-social identity components of the experimental group students in favor of the post-test. And there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre-test and post-test of digital health and wellness dimensions of the experimental group students in favor of the post-test.
