The modern educational trends call for the need to develop the biological scientific literacy of the child from the earliest years, especially the child with hyperactivity, who needs interesting practical experiences based on his self- activity and teamwork, attracts his attention, and develop his thinking skills, and prompt him to cooperate and integration with his colleagues, This can be achieved through the use of the cooperative investigation strategy. The aim of the research is to reveal the effectiveness of the cooperative investigation strategy in developing the biological science literacy, and Cooperation behaviors for the hyperactive kindergarten child. The research sample included one experimental group, consisting of 20 kindergarten children with hyperactivity. The N- Z scale was applied to identify the hyperactivity according to Abdul Aziz Al- Shakhs (1984) to determine the sample of the research, and applied the biological scientific literacy test, and cooperation behaviors observation card (pre/post). The program of biological scientific activities on plant growth, using the cooperative investigation strategy, was prepared by the researcher, and the data were analyzed using the t- test. The results showed that the performance of children on the biological scientific literacy test, and on the cooperation behaviors observation card, improved in the post application. Current research recommends the use of a cooperative investigation strategy in learning hyperactive kindergarten children in other areas. (Published abstract)
