The current study aimed to design a program based on Reality Therapy To relieve psychological stress and its impact on improving Emotional Stability of University Students. This study also examined the extent and effectiveness of the program after two months of its application. (32) students participated in this study; their age ranged between (19-24) years. They were divided equally into two groups: experimental and control. The Standard psychology stresses and Emotional Stability scales were applied to the two groups (Pre and post), As for the program, it was applied to experimental group only. The study revealed that there were significant differences in the mean scores of the experimental group (pre and post) in the psychology stresses and Emotional Stability for the post measurement, as well as in psychology stresses and Emotional Stability between the experimental group and the control group in the post measurement for the experimental group. The study also revealed a lack of statistically significant differences in the mean scores of the experimental group in psychology stresses between the pre and post measurements. (Published abstract)
