This study aims to identify the level of stressors in their three axes and their relationship to the level of resilience of teachers in one of Mount Lebanon's private schools in light of the distance learning process imposed by the Corona pandemic. 35 male and female teachers answered the questionnaire consisting of two measures. The first is a scale for stress factors and it is divided into three axes: The first axis deals with the changes occurring in the educational system, the second axis deals with the material and physical working conditions, and the third axis deals with the behavior and level of learners. The second measure relates to the HER Hardiness-resilience scale of psychological resilience with its three components: self-efficacy, hardiness, and optimism. The results showed that the level of stressors among teachers is an average of (2.83). The same is true for the first axis which came with a rate of (2.89) and an average level of (2.8) in each of the second and third axes. The study showed a high level of psychological resilience with an average (4), high self-efficacy with a rate of (3.81), optimism (4.08), and hardiness and development (4.38). The study has shown the existence of a moderate negative correlation between the stress and resilience factors with the value of the correlation coefficient (r = -0.46) and a statistically significant value (α=0.004).
